Pepo Farms is a family owned and operated company located in the High Country of Northeast Victoria. We are Australia’s first and only producers of pumpkins for their seed and are proud to be a farm to plate venture that produces pumpkin seeds for eating and a range of other locally grown nuts, cold-pressed oils, and plant-based flours.
We take great pride in bringing to market high-quality, healthy, nutritious Australian grown products for all to enjoy. Our produce is sought out by chefs, food service, and foodies all over Australia looking for the best in flavour and the most sustainable nutritious produce.
Our commitment is to develop a pumpkin seed industry in Australia so that Australian consumers have the choice to buy locally grown, fresh Australian produce.
We practice sustainable farming using biodynamic practices ensuring we are good custodians of the soil. This involves our team working with our agronomist to constantly look for natural ways to enrich the soil. The use of cover crops and other means such as carbon capture allow us to go beyond simply not using any herbicides or pesticides.
