Vannella Cheese has unveiled two new retail-ready lines: baby burrata and truffle burrata, and something new for our food service friends too: a decadent truffle stracciatella.

Crafted in Marrickville using 100% grass-fed cow’s milk from the Riverina.

We’re thrilled to share that from 1 Jan 2025, we will be distributing the Selected by Will Studd range: a collection of artisan cheeses and butter hand-selected by international cheese specialist, Will Studd. Guided by a philosophy of sourcing cheeses that represent the finest provenance, texture, aroma, and flavour, these cheeses are among the most exceptional available in Australia.
