Fromagerie Le Moulis was founded in 1934 and has been producing traditional Pyrenees cheeses ever since. Le Moulis three milks tomme: This is a semi-soft cheese made from a blend of pasteurised ewe’s 42%, goat’s 23%, and cow’s milk 26%. It has a pale yellow color and a slightly wrinkled rind. The texture is super smooth and creamy, with a slightly crumbly interior. The flavor is mild and milky, with a hint of sweetness and earthiness. Cheese is aged for 6 weeks.
