Organic Light Sift Rye Flour is the whole rye grain gently ground in a stone mill with a portion of the bran sifted out. Rye flour has a distinct flavour profile and gives a darker baked product than wheat flour. Rye flour has a lower gluten content than wheat flour. Must be cooked before consuming.
