Launched in September 2019, Old Bones Chilli Co is a family owned and operated Chilli Sauce and; Condiments producer based in Sydney, Australia.
With products handmade and bottled at their production kitchen in Sydney, Old Bones are all about the flavour, not just the heat. To create their unique flavours, they invented their own methods of production, including developing their own innovative chilli-smoking method (a trade secret) to deliver a unique and distinctive Old Bones taste.
