Its versatility means the product can be portioned in many different ways. Think base for canapes, breakfast roll or deep pan pizza, It’s robust enough to be heated through and maintain it’s shape. Once defrosted use focaccia within 48 hours and do not refreeze.

Nonie’s is an artisan bakery that is gluten and dairy free. They’re all about delicious food, made by hand, using thoughtfully chosen ingredients, with no gums or preservatives.
Started by chef Nonie Dwyer in 2014, Nonie’s aims to bring together the best possible staple foods of uncompromising quality for coeliacs and the allergy sensitive. Our products are designed for the specialist demands of food service. Our range of staples include gluten and dairy free crackers, muesli and pita but we are best known for our selection of breads. These are sliced and frozen hours after baking to maintain peak freshness and integrity. Our products are also certified by Coeliac Australia.
As well as our focus on quality products, our business operates within a sustainability framework. This influences our decision-making about our ingredients, the energy we use, and how we manage waste. We also believe having a sustainable business is about supporting our team in a way that enables their growth and development in a diverse and encouraging environment.
