Grown in pristine waters of the Wando Island chains, South West of the Korean peninsular, this high quality Kombu has been hand harvested and dried in sunlight and is a key ingredient for all manners of stock making, curing fish and meat. Soak it in purified water (7X7Cm/1L) at room temperature overnight and use the infused Dashi kombu the next day. This amount of kombu can be used/brewed 5-6 times and is a key ingredient for all manners of stock making and cures fish and meat.
