CopperTree Farms Butter is made using traditional French methods. Their butter has a natural acidity that balances out its rich creaminess.
Coppertree Farms do not alter the natural process of the butter churn, resulting in a high fat content percentage (84-85%) that gives a clean and fresh product.
As well as using the highest quality Australian cream, they use the best local ingredients to flavour our butter, including Murray River Pink Salt Flakes from South Australia
