Due to this incredible diversity, no single jar of honey is the same each speaks of the utterly unique landscape of the Blue Mountains. This honey is a distillation of the nectar from woodland, open forest, closed forest (rainforest), heathland, swampland, stream communities and the hanging swamps that occur on vertical cliff faces.

Australia's best biodynamic wild honey.
Tim and Emma Malfroy practice a holistic approach to beekeeping. Their organic and biodynamic methods have fuelled their desire to increase awareness of the natural world and enhance pollination and diversity throughout the landscape. They produce this golden nectar in a way that is ethical, sustainable and socially responsible.
Wild honey is superior because it captures the unique terroir of the region in which it has been produced. It is also bee-friendly as the honey comb is produced entirely by the bees. In contrast, most commercially available honey is produced from re-used or plastic combs and has been homogenised, micro-filtered and pasteurised, thereby losing the unique flavour and health benefits.
Malfroy’s Gold is produced in permanent small apiaries located in isolated wilderness and woodland areas throughout the World Heritage Blue Mountains and Central Tablelands of NSW, Australia.
