The business has grown exponentially since it first began in 2014 and, as the first all-Australian pickle on the market, Westmont has also been instrumental in the agricultural expansion of pickling gherkins onshore in Australia.
The boys have come a long way since pickling over beers in the backyard, but not much else has changed. They are still just as passionate about working closely with a skilled network of local farmers and supporting local businesses, from their Pickle Farm south of Sydney.
