Australian Truffle Traders are a collective of 18 families who grow and supply fresh black truffles (Tuber melanosporum) from the southern forests of Manjimup, Western Australia. Located about 300km from Perth, the area has the perfect conditions for the cultivation of truffles: rich loam soil, pristine environment, plentiful rainfall, and rich farming traditions. The prized tuber melanosporum is a premium whole truffle that has a rich, earthy aroma.
When you pre-order with Two Providores, the Australian Truffle Traders team harvests fresh black truffles just for you, packaging up your order based on your specified grade and quantity. Two Providores then delivers your order later that week, providing perfectly ripe truffles for your kitchen.

2024 Truffle Pricing
Extra Class Large (Whole): $1,700 per kilo
First Class (Whole): $1,600 per kilo
Second Class Large (Pieces): $1,250 per kilo
Second Class Small (Pieces): $1,000 per kilo
Minimum order for loose truffles is 30g.
Trimmings (500g bags): $390 per bag
