Their vinegars are unfiltered, unpasteurised, and made with minimal intervention, instead harnessing the power of a naturally-occurring wild vinegar mother – developed over time from Tasmanian fruit to create a one-of-a-kind foundation for the range.
Located just a few kilometres from their organic apple and cherry suppliers, Wild Mother is a true celebration of high-quality local produce, giving fruit that may not meet the stringent standards of retailers a new life in their premium products.
Inspired by a love of old-world French and Italian vinegar-making and an interest in the potential health benefits, Dr Tim Jones, one of Australia’s leading cider makers, founded Wild Mother with a drive to create honest and delicious products.
